Using Stakefinder

Research information
Stakefinder organizes fund disclosures, company information, and indicative market data for general research. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, brokerage services, or an offer to buy or sell securities. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Data limitations
Holdings reflect published reporting periods and may differ from a fund’s current portfolio. Fund weights may use different reporting dates and methodologies. Company valuations and prices may be indicative, estimated, stale, or based on limited transactions. Inferred positions and share assumptions are subject to error. A missing holding is not evidence that a fund has no exposure. Review the original filings and source materials before relying on the data.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. Automated access must not impair availability or circumvent technical restrictions. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, or legal obligations.
Content and third-party sources
Stakefinder’s branding, software, and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, filings, and data belong to their respective owners. Access to this site does not grant rights to redistribute third-party content beyond what the relevant law or license allows. Links to external sites do not imply endorsement, and those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
